③According to the needs of the project, contact and dispatch ship machinery and equipment maintenance personnel;

④Responsible for reviewing the annual ship repair and maintenance plan, and approving the ship's monthly report;

⑤Regularly inspect the performance status of the company’s ship equipment and the relevant management system of the project department’s ship equipment, check the implementation of the relevant systems, and ensure that the performance of the ship’s equipment is in good condition;

⑥Timely follow the changing trends of the ship equipment market, and promptly put forward relevant suggestions on the company's ship equipment management for the company's leaders to make decisions; according to the company's production plan, timely contact and purchase relevant equipment and accessories to ensure the production needs of the project department when it enters the site;

⑦Coordinate the use of ships between the project departments to ensure that the company's ships are used efficiently;

⑧Equipment operation procedures are compiled. Operators should be trained to achieve the "four understandings and three meetings" and hold a certificate to work with meticulous operation, and it is strictly forbidden to use over-load or over-performance of the equipment.
