First, the gearbox vibrates.

1. Check whether the fastening bolts of the installation joints of the marine gearbox are tightened.

2. Check whether the installation accuracy of the diesel engine input coupling and flywheel, output coupling and drive shaft meet the requirements.

Second, friction plate.

1. Check whether the marine gearbox clutch is combined with self-locking and whether the position of the operating mechanism is standard.

2. Check whether the friction plate is compressed. If the pressure is not enough, please refer to the instruction manual for debugging.

3. Disassemble and check the friction plate. If the friction lining is worn, twisted or deformed, and the surface is damaged, a new friction lining needs to be replaced.

Third, noise.

1. Check the tooth surface quality of each transmission gear of the marine gearbox.

2. Check whether the friction plates of each bearing and clutch are in good condition.

Fourth, the oil temperature is higher.

1. Check whether the clutch is working normally, and whether there is any abnormality such as slipping or burns.

2. Check whether all moving parts are stuck.

3. Check whether the oil level is normal.
